Just Jeans was, well,... just fine. I was really happy with the quality of the shirts I bought that were on special. The rest of the product also seemed to be good quality. Most importantly, the staff were friendly, helpful and not pushy. Will go again for sure.

First time in years I felt like someone was interested in helping me choose clothes.The young lady asked me some simple questions and gave me 2 pairs of jeans to try. From that she knew what size, style and length I needed and all I had to do was choose colours. So good to find jeans that fit straight off the shelf.The name on the invoice was Danni and she was wonderful.

Picked up some shirts for a friend of mine who was unable to make it to the store. The lady on shift had great energy and super customer service. Sorry didn't catch her name but was the older of 3 on shift and a delight to see such fluent, genuine service.

Rude staff.Manager was helpful one day when making a purchase but rude and unhelpful when returning to exchange for a smaller size and was told that we couldn't return item without a receipt when we had a digital copy on my credit card. So I went to Dfo branch and swapped then there. DFO staff much more helpful and approachable

I was there on Tuesday the 19th July and the help I received and the quality of customer service were exceptional. I never asked the lady who assisted me her name but she helped me find a number of pairs of jeans (Levis) for my very tall body that fitted perfectly. Also grabbed a trolley for me from the mall to put my shopping in as she could see I was struggling. So kind and so lovely. I love my new jeans! Thank you.Kathryn
